Retail Hell

I just finished reading the above book and I LOVED it. It was written by Freeman Hall, who has worked at Macy's and most recently Nordstrom in the handbag department. In this hilarious book, he refers to his store as The Big Fancy.

If you have ever worked retail or even maybe if you just love shopping or handbags, I think you will like this book, told from the perspective of the salesperson.

Each chapter is full of hysterically funny stories of his experiences in working in the designer handbag department at The Big Fancy with quite a cast of characters.

I recommend this book for a quick weekend read or maybe to take with you on a plane trip.

Amber, I finished this book last night and it is in the mail, on its way to you. I hope you like it as much as I did. I am sure you can relate!!

I must put this on my pbs list! I worked in retail for 7 years! I was actually a store manager for a while. It sucked. LOL
